About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Cervignano del Friuli area.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are taken quickly to the winery and held intact in the press for 12 hours. They are then gently pressed and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions to preserve their distinctive aromas.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees.
Tasting profile
Rich and floral, with the characteristic floral notes of Traminer. Lees ageing contributes a harmonious, well-balanced character.
