About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must ferments in rotating horizontal tanks, with gentle maceration to extract colour and tannins delicately from the skins.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels after fermentation.
Tasting profile
The nose is complex. The palate is firm, persistent and well balanced.
