Tasting profile
Intense yellow with bright golden highlights. Ripe pear and peach lead the aroma, followed by banana, butter, vanilla and pastry. Broad, rich and elegant on the palate, with balance and a smooth texture. The finish is long and persistent, repeating the ripe-fruit profile alongside tertiary notes and the finer nuances imparted by wood ageing.
Serving and pairing
Pair with medium-aged cheeses, pasta dressed with white truffles, or foie gras.
