Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in small, usually previously used 250 L French oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same barrels for 9–10 months.

Easy-drinking, with excellent structure and distinctive sensory characteristics.
Label / history
Friulano has particular significance for Borgo del Tiglio’s owner, Nicolo Manferrari. From the beginning of his winemaking career, he devoted considerable effort to the vines, then known as Tocai, undertaking many experiments and experiencing both successes and setbacks.
