Vineyard and terroir
Carefully selected fruit comes from the estate’s oldest vineyard. The wine is produced only in the best vintages.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and briefly cold-macerated. The must is then pressed and fermented in small French oak barrels, generally in their second or third use.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same barrels for 9–10 months.
Tasting profile
Delicate and elegant, with a subtle yet distinctive aromatic profile.
Label / history
The wine takes its name from Italo and Bruno, the late brothers who once owned the vineyard.
