Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed and destemmed, followed by four days of cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 24–26°C for 8–10 days.
Tasting profile
Ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose is intense, persistent and fruit-driven, led by wild berries. Full-bodied and balanced on the palate, with light tannins and a clean aftertaste.
Serving and pairing
