Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento. Limestone soils and proximity to Lake Arancio provide effective drainage, encouraging the roots to reach deeply for water and nutrients. The resulting fruit retains minerality and crisp acidity. Strong sunlight at higher elevation promotes concentrated aromas balanced by vibrant acidity.
