Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on terraced hillsides in Abruzzo that descend towards the sea. The vines are planted in clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and placed in a membrane press. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with extended skin contact, following a traditional method.
