Grapes
A blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are gently pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 7 months.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with Italian dishes, especially spaghetti with tomato sauce, risotto and polenta, as well as a variety of red meat and game dishes.
