Tasting profile
Elegant, with an interesting, complex aromatic profile.
Label / history
Cecchi acquired the Villa Cerna estate in the 1960s and began restoring and renovating it at once. The family-owned Cecchi company was founded in Tuscany in 1893 by the wine broker Luigi Cecchi and is now led by the brothers Cesare and Andrea Cecchi. Cecchi does not make Super Tuscan wines. Andrea Cecchi describes the family as traditional, preferring wines that are not weighed down by alcohol, with elegance and a long finish.
