Tasting profile
Bright, transparent ruby red; the grapes themselves are described as blue with violet reflections. Raspberry, redcurrant, plum and pomegranate juice shape the nose. Suggested pairings include Galician-style octopus, balsamic caramelized tuna fillet, teriyaki chicken, tuna burgers with onions, lasagna, pork ribs, chicken biryani, cheese pudding, spicy beef noodle soup, grilled ribeye with mushrooms, fillet with green pepper, and a roast beef and grilled vegetable sandwich.
