Tasting profile
Straw yellow with golden highlights. The vivid, varied bouquet brings together golden apple, melon, pineapple, jasmine and aromatic herbs against a bright citrus-toned background. The palate is fresh and silky, with fruit and herbal nuances followed by a juicy, exotic-fruit finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Designed for vegetarian, vegan, fish and white-meat dishes. Suggested pairings include mixed fried fish and vegetables, swordfish and avocado tartare, rabbit with sage, sea bass with orange sauce, lemon chicken, pasta with clams and asparagus, potato-crusted turbot, vegetarian lasagne, pasta with Taleggio and radicchio, spinach gnocchi with butter, courgette and mozzarella cakes, and creamed peas with potatoes and ginger.
