The grapes are grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. At the winery, the fruit is decanted, macerated on the skins and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation begins after alcoholic fermentation.
Serving and pairing
Pair with red meat, particularly beef and pork, as well as pasta, game and cheese.
