Storia
1951 – Founding
E. Molino's story began in 1951, when Ernesto Molino planted the first Nebbiolo vines in the Bricco Rocca vineyard in La Morra, carefully selecting the best plants for massal selection.
After Ernesto's death
His eldest son Elio took over, keeping the vineyards in excellent condition and preserving the family's traditions.
Today
The estate is owned by Sergio Molino and his sister Margherita. Their six hectares include vineyards, orchards, and pastures, which together create a distinctive microclimate and support biodiversity. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2013.

Sergio's winemaking approach is simple and precise: long fermentation in large casks, followed by aging in old barriques, gives the wines elegance, a silky texture, and depth. The estate produces limited quantities of Barolo, Langhe Nebbiolo, and Barbera d'Alba.
