Tasting profile
Dark, intense ruby red. The broad and generous aroma recalls red plum, other red fruit and Mediterranean scrub, complemented by appealing black-pepper nuances. The palate preserves the integrity of its fruit and is fleshy, rich and structured while remaining fresh, soft, balanced and easy to drink. Cocoa and vanilla emerge in the aftertaste.
Serving and pairing
Ideal with spiced fish soups, pasta and other first courses prepared with flavourful meats, especially red meat, and grilled vegetables.
