The Carricante and Minnella are grown at 700 metres above sea level in the warm, sunny vineyards of Contrada Santo Spirito di Passopisciaro.
Vinification
The fruit undergoes cryomaceration followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel vats.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel vats.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with marked structure and concentration and a character reminiscent of French Chablis.
