Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hilly Monte Tenda cru, whose predominantly limestone soil is soft, crumbly and particularly easy to work.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel vats for 6–8 months.
