Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Franc grows on marly soil of Eocene origin. The vines are trained to unilateral Guyot.
Grapes
Made exclusively from Cabernet Franc. Carefully selected bunches are harvested by hand at full maturity.
Vinification
Maceration lasts about 15 days. The wine then matures for at least ten months in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine undergoes an additional period of horizontal bottle ageing to develop greater equilibrium.
Technical data
