Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on Eocene-origin marl soil at a density of 4,200 plants per hectare. They are trained to unilateral Guyot. The high-hill setting brings out the characteristic purity of this native variety.
Grapes
100% Ribolla Gialla.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at full maturity in late September and pressed as whole bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature, followed by slow maturation.
Ageing
After maturation, the wine undergoes the necessary period of ageing in horizontally stored bottles before release.

Tasting profile
Brilliant straw yellow. The direct, expressive aroma combines elegant flowers, fresh aromatic herbs and delicate citrus fragrances. On the palate, minerality and freshness are balanced by pleasantly glycerol-rich roundness.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Suitable as an aperitif and with starters, particularly oysters and sea truffles.
