Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on rich, fertile soils along the banks of the Isonzo River. The climate is sunny and Mediterranean, which helps produce healthy, vibrant grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and then gently pressed, giving a clean must with fewer tannins. The must is clarified by settling before fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in neutral steel tanks, which preserve the grapes' naturally fresh aromas.
Ageing
The wine matures for several months on regularly stirred lees before bottling.
Tasting profile
Graceful and elegant, aromatic and full-flavoured, with remarkable purity.
Label / history
The "I Feudi di Romans" range takes its origin from respect, love and reverence for the life-giving power of the land. The rich, fertile soils along the Isonzo are its birthplace.
