Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards around La Morra in Piemonte.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and carefully selected. Fermentation lasts 10–12 days in temperature-controlled tanks at 27–29 °C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel and cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks for 8–10 months, followed by further ageing in bottle.
Tasting profile
The palate is soft and juicy, becoming more refined and elegant with ageing.

Serve in large glasses with lunch or dinner.
