Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in clay-limestone soils and are planted at a density of 5,500 vines/ha.
Vinification
The grapes macerate for 15 days and ferment for 12 days. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for eight months on clean, fine lees, then rests a further three months in bottle.
