Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in clay-limestone soils at a planting density of 5,500 vines/ha.
Vinification
Maceration lasts 15 days, followed by 12 days of alcoholic fermentation. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for eight months on fine, clean lees, followed by three months of rest in bottle.
