Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera grapes come from the producer's own vineyards in the province of Asti.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, taken to the winery and gently pressed. Vinification is traditional, at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine spends at least 1 year in small oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months in bottle.
