The fruit comes from high- and mid-slope vineyards in the classic Valdobbiadene Superiore area.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed at low temperature. The chilled must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in an autoclave.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for one month.
