Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the Isarco Valley at 650–900 metres above sea level, on sandy loam soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late October and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for six months in stainless steel tanks and barriques.
