Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the Isarco Valley at 720 metres above sea level, on sandy loam soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in stainless steel tanks for six months.
