Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in the Isarco Valley, at 620–700 metres above sea level, on sandy loam soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late October and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds slowly in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in steel tanks and barriques for six months.
