Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
A selection from the estate’s best nearby vineyards, encompassing both valley-floor sites and steep slopes. The hillside soils contain calcareous gravel originating from moraine sediments, while the valley floor is characterized by sandy alluvial deposits. Low yields and the contrasting sites shape the wine’s character.
Grapes
Pinot Bianco. Alto Adige DOC.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed on arrival, and the must is clarified through natural sedimentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with selected pure yeast strains at a controlled 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees for several months.
