Tasting profile
Bright ruby red with violet reflections. The aromatic profile combines red fruit, blackcurrant and plum with floral violet notes and nuances of undergrowth. The palate is warm, medium-bodied and balanced, with fresh fruit, fine tannins and a harmonious finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18°C. Pair with meat- or mushroom-based pasta and rice dishes, as well as roasted or grilled meats. It can be enjoyed young or allowed to develop for three to four years.
