Grapes
Carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes are used, and the wine is produced only in the finest vintages.
Vinification
The grapes are dried naturally on mats at 500 metres above sea level. The dry climate, moderate winds and sunlight support the drying process and help shape the finished wine’s flavour. The grapes are then fermented.
Ageing
The wine matures for 15 months in new, lightly toasted French Allier oak barrels, followed by at least 12 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a distinctive balance of flavour and aroma.
Serving and pairing
Decant before serving.
