Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from various vineyards belonging to Podere Rocche dei Manzoni, all situated in Monforte d'Alba in the province of Cuneo. The vineyards are farmed sustainably with the aim of reducing fungicide use. The vines are Guyot-trained at a density of 4,000 plants per hectare.
Grapes
100% Nebbiolo for Barolo.
Vinification
The grapes are selected and fermented at a controlled temperature for approximately 21 days in contact with the skins.
