Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in the northern part of the province of Treviso.
Grapes
The blend may contain up to 15% other white grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place at the winery in stainless-steel tanks at 16 °C. A second fermentation begins in the spring of the following year at 14–15 °C and lasts three months.
