Basarin is produced from Nebbiolo grown in the production zone of Neive.

Vinification
The grapes undergo meticulous selection before spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Skin maceration includes a period under submerged cap. The wine is then racked into wood, where malolactic fermentation is completed.
Ageing
After its time in wood, the wine rests in bottle for approximately one additional year to develop its full expression.
Tasting profile
The nose combines balsamic herbs with spices. Wild-fruit nuances appear on the palate alongside intense floral notes. The tannins are lingering and velvety, accompanied by a spicy accent.
