Produced in Neive from the Fausoni vineyard.

Vinification
The grapes are meticulously selected before spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. The wine macerates on the skins and subsequently remains under a submerged cap. It is then racked into wood, where malolactic fermentation is completed.
Ageing
After its time in wood, the wine rests in bottle for approximately one further year to develop its full expressive character.
Tasting profile
Delicate forest-fruit aromas are joined by balsamic and menthol notes. These elements return on the palate, framed by dense tannins. The finish is savoury and youthful.
