Crisp and vibrant, with sweet floral and red-fruit notes at the centre of its structure. Rose-petal nuances add further aromatic detail, while mint and liquorice emerge on the palate and become increasingly persistent through the finish. Spicy notes and complexity reflect the high-altitude terroir.
