Vineyard and terroir
Produced in Montefalco from a clonal selection of Trebbiano Tabarrini. The south-east-facing vineyard lies at 350 m a.s.l. on silty clay soil. The vines were planted in 2006, trained to Guyot and set at a density of 4,800 plants per hectare. Yield is 55 quintals per hectare.

Vinification
Vinified as a white wine.
Ageing
Matured for at least 12 months in stainless steel, followed by six months in bottle.
Technical data
Annual production is approximately 10,000 bottles.

Conceived as a substantial white wine from an old local variety, combining the character of the Montefalco hills with elegance and a strong individual personality.
Serving and pairing
Suggested with pappardelle served with white wild-boar ragù.
Label / history
The wine arose from a project to rediscover and give renewed value to a traditional white variety. Its name remembers Armando, the producer’s maternal grandfather, portrayed as kind, generous and tenacious. The association of his memory with the wine connects the estate’s past and future.
