Tasting profile
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Aromas of white flowers are joined by citrus and tropical fruit. The palate is broad, fresh and savoury, with excellent persistence and a vibrant finish.

Serve at 10–12°C. Pair with light starters, delicate first courses, fish or white meats.
Vintage notes
The 2025 season was notably balanced. A rainy spring established water reserves, while the summer remained cool with occasional rain. June temperatures rose above the seasonal average, but rain at the beginning of July restored conditions typical of milder summers. The grapes reached harvest healthy, fully mature and balanced after an even growing cycle.
