Vintage notes
The 2020 season began with a severe winter and a rainy spring. Frequent vineyard work was needed to maintain airflow around the vines. A hot, dry summer—particularly during August—was moderated by the water reserves accumulated in spring. Dry September weather and pronounced day-to-night temperature shifts supported optimal ripening, with sugar levels frequently above average. The resulting wines combine balance, ripe tannins, good acidity and strong ageing potential.
