Tasting profile
Bright ruby red. The nose combines blackberry, violet and rose with a darker date nuance. Freshness drives the palate, where cherry preserve is joined by mustard, bergamot, pomegranate and loquat. The tannins heighten the spicy tension, accompanied by vanilla. The finish is lively, fresh and energetic.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with roast duck or turkey, vegetarian dishes based on mushrooms or aubergines, and medium-aged cheeses.
