Tasting profile
An alluring purple-red colour. The aromatic profile is rich in mulberry, strawberry preserve, myrrh, carob and walnut husk, with fine wood and Madagascan cocoa. Coffee and blueberry emerge on the palate. The opening is soft and sweet-fruited before fine, polished tannins build through the wine.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with meat dishes and truffle risotto.
