Its creamy texture is lifted by the vivacity and freshness of Carricante, while the finish leaves persistent saline impressions.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12 °C. Pair with fish starters such as peppered mussels and salmon tartare, as well as fish ravioli, cuttlefish linguine, turbot steak, baked sea bream and vegetable preparations.
