Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at 200–400 m above sea level in Valle dei Buoi, in the heart of the commune of Pietro di Barbozza. The site gives the fruit complexity and elegance.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested, gently pressed and fermented at a strictly controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine undergoes extended ageing using the Charmat method, followed by further maturation in bottle.
Tasting profile
Elegant and balanced, with pure fruit flavours and fine, persistent bubbles.
