Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown mainly in the Valdobbiadene area, on south-facing sites at 100–300 metres above sea level. The soils are limestone and clay.
Vinification
Harvest begins in the first half of September. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for three months.

Bright and lively.
Serving and pairing
Chill gradually, avoiding sudden changes in temperature.
