Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate’s highest vineyards, at 300–400 m above sea level. The vines are 50 years old.
Vinification
Ripe grapes are harvested by hand and undergo 12 hours of cold maceration. They are then pressed under CO₂ to prevent oxidation. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 7–10 days.
Ageing
The wine ages in bottle for two months, with regular bâtonnage.
Tasting profile
The nose offers complex, inviting fruit aromas. The palate is rich and bright.
Label / history
The name refers to “summits,” reflecting the high elevation of the vineyards.
