Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate’s oldest, sunniest hillside vineyards, which are farmed biodynamically.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested when fully ripe and healthy, followed by a long maceration and fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for at least 20 months in 30 hL Slavonian oak casks and 500 L barrels.

Pair with refined dishes or rich meat dishes.
