Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Zuc vineyard, situated on a hilltop in the Togliano area. Sea breezes and the surrounding mountains shape the growing conditions.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are chilled and pressed, followed by low-temperature maceration and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests only briefly before release.
Label / history
The name “Zuc di Volpe” means “hilltop.”
