About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato comes from Sorì vineyards on the hills of San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, in Alba. These rough, steep sites face from south-east to south-west. Their marl soils are predominantly limestone, with some sand. The vines were planted between 1950 and 2012. The difficult terrain requires vineyard work to be performed by hand and gives very small yields.
