About this wine
Origin: different estate vineyards in Bussia, Monforte d’Alba.
Grapes: Nebbiolo, Michet and Lampia biotypes.
Vineyard: vines are at least 15–20 years old.
Harvest: manual, with selection in the vineyard, in mid-October.
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vats at variable temperatures reaching 32°C, with 20–30 days of skin contact.
Aging: after several rackings, the wine matures in oak casks.
