About this wine
Origin: different estate vineyards in Bussia, Monforte d’Alba.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Harvest: manual, with selection in the vineyard, during the first ten days of September.
Vinification: the must remains in stainless steel for three or four days. When alcoholic fermentation begins, it is transferred to wood and fermentation is completed at 20–24°C.
Aging: after racking, the wine returns to barrel and matures for several months.
